peytals.com is a digital media platform operated by The Country Place and Masters Jil Limited Company. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Peytals platform by Adclikkers and Advertisers.

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

1.1. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Adclikker," or "Advertiser") and The Country Place and Masters Jil Limited Company ("Peytals," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Peytals platform ("Platform").

1.2. By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

1.3. Peytals reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or other appropriate means. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Description of Services

2.1. Peytals is an incentive-based digital media platform designed to connect Advertisers with Customers, referred to as "Adclikkers." Adclikkers earn points ("Peytals Points") by interacting with advertising content.

2.2. Adclikkers may be able to convert Peytals Points into rewards, which currently include cash. Peytals aims to expand reward options to include other items such as food, education, and bill payments, but these options are not currently available. The availability of reward options is subject to change at Peytals' discretion.

3. User Accounts

3.1. To access and use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process.

3.2. Peytals collects various types of personal data, including but not limited to:

  • Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, profile picture, bank account details, and other identifying details. You must be 16 years of age or older to create a Peytals account.
  • Demographic Data: Age, gender, nationality, language preferences, etc.
  • Geolocation Data: City, town, state, country, IP-based location tracking, and GPS-based location (if consented to).
  • Behavioral Data: Engagement history, advertisement interactions, internet activities, usage patterns, and preferences.
  • Technical Data: Device type, browser type, operating system, cookies, and IP address.
  • Transaction Data: Payment details (if applicable), purchase history, and service interactions.

3.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You agree to notify Peytals immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

3.4. Peytals reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, at its sole discretion, if you violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in any fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

4. User-Generated Content and Comments

4.1. Users may be permitted to post comments, likes, and share their opinions on advertising content.

4.2. You agree that any comments you post will be respectful, appropriate, and non-offensive. You must not post abusive, vulgar, or unauthorized comments.

4.3. Peytals reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you post unauthorized comments.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All content on the Peytals Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is protected by intellectual property laws.

5.2. You are permitted to use the Platform's content only as expressly authorized by Peytals.

5.3. You are prohibited from using, reproducing, distributing, or modifying any content on the Peytals Platform without the prior written consent of Peytals.

6. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Activities

6.1. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Peytals Platform:

  • 6.1.1. Illegal Activities:
    • Copyright infringement: Distributing or sharing copyrighted material without permission.
    • Fraud: Engaging in deceptive practices aimed at financial gain or any other unlawful purpose.
    • Illegal drug activities: Promoting, facilitating, or engaging in the sale, use, or distribution of illegal substances.
    • Hate speech: Promoting violence, discrimination, or hatred against individuals or groups based on protected characteristics.
  • 6.1.2. Harassment and Abuse:
    • Cyberbullying, stalking, doxing, or threatening behavior.
  • 6.1.3. Inappropriate Content:
    • Obscene or sexually explicit content.
    • Violent or gory content.
  • 6.1.4. Spam and Deceptive Practices:
    • Spamming, phishing, misinformation, impersonation.
  • 6.1.5. Interference with the Platform:
    • Hacking, distributing malware, DoS attacks, bypassing security.
  • 6.1.6. Commercial Restrictions:
    • Unauthorized advertising, commercial exploitation.
  • 6.1.7. Intellectual Property Infringement:
    • Trademark or copyright violations.

7. User Reporting

8. Privacy Policy

8.1. Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

9.1. The Peytals Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." Peytals makes no warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform's operation or the information, content, or materials included on the Platform.

9.2. Peytals shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform.

10. Links to Third-Party Websites

10.1. The Peytals Platform may contain links to third-party websites or applications. Peytals does not endorse or control these third-party websites or applications and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms of use.

10.2. You acknowledge and agree that Peytals is not liable for any issues that may arise from your use of third-party websites or applications.

11. Termination

11.1. Peytals may terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, if you violate these Terms.

11.2. Any activity under Clause 6 (6.1.1 - 6.1.7) of these Terms may result in immediate termination of your account.

13. Advertising and Promotion

13.1. Peytals is a digital media platform that facilitates the promotion and advertising of products and services. Peytals rewards Adclikkers in the form of cash and other reward items (when available).

13.2. Adclikkers must register fully with the required information as stated in Clause 3.

13.3. Adclikkers must interact with advertising or promotional content using the Interactive Dynamos.

13.4. Advertising and promotional content may include, but is not limited to, advertisements in still graphics, audio, video, or any other format, as well as documentaries, movie ads, musical videos, personal videos, and other promotional materials.

13.5. Peytals reserves the right to determine the percentage of any marketing budget allocated to Adclikkers and Peytals.

13.6. Peytals holds the right to determine the value of one Peytals Point and how it is applied.

13.7. The available reward for Adclikkers on Peytals currently is cash. Other reward items are not currently available.

14. Advertisers Terms and Conditions

14.1. When an Advertiser's advertisement is launched, the percentage allocated to Peytals is non-refundable.

14.2. Peytals determines the percentage allocated to Adclikkers and Peytals.

14.3. Advertisers must ensure that advertisements posted on Peytals are ethical and comply with the Advertising Codes and Conducts of Nigeria as provided by the Advertising Regulatory Council of Nigeria (ARCON) or any other applicable regulatory body.
